Outbound Communication Specialist (English)

Remote

You'll be the first point of contact for Vavada's English-speaking players — phone calls, chat and email to drive activation and retention. Strong spoken and written English, confident communication, and the ability to work quickly through scripts are required.

We'll train you on the product and provide all the tools you need to work in our CRM. Flexible schedule, fully remote from anywhere in the world.

Senior Product Designer (Casino)

Remote

Design key user flows for the Vavada platform: onboarding, cashier, and the game lobby. Work closely with product managers and engineers, from research through to final UI.

We expect a portfolio of product case studies, strong Figma skills, and an understanding of iGaming specifics or adjacent high-load products.

You'll own the evolution of the design system and mentor junior designers on the team.

Accountant

Office

Maintain primary accounting documentation, support financial reporting for the Vavada group of companies, and liaise with banks and payment providers.

Requires 2+ years of accounting experience, knowledge of 1C or similar systems, and close attention to detail when handling high transaction volumes.

Customer Support Specialist UA

Office / Remote

Assist Ukrainian-speaking Vavada players via chat and phone: registration, payments, bonuses, and technical questions. Shift-based work with a friendly, helpful tone.

Customer Support Specialist (English)

Support English-speaking players via chat and email: answer questions about accounts, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus programs.

Proactively reach out to Bulgarian-speaking players: calls, reactivating inactive customers, and presenting bonus offers.

We're looking for candidates with sales or customer support experience, fluent Bulgarian, and a confident phone manner.

Senior Graphic Designer

Remote

Create visual assets for Vavada's marketing campaigns: banners, landing pages, and promo material for social media and email.

A strong portfolio is required, along with solid Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator skills; After Effects experience is a plus.

You'll work closely with the marketing team and own visual consistency across the brand.

Outbound Communication Specialist (PL)

Remote

Make outbound calls and send messages to the Polish-speaking player base: reactivation, promo updates, and gathering feedback.

Experience in telesales or customer service is a plus but not required — fluent Polish and a willingness to learn matter most.

Chief Financial Officer

Office

Lead financial strategy for the Vavada group of companies: budgeting, financial planning, and oversight of cash flow and reporting to ownership.

Requires 5+ years as a CFO or Head of Finance, ideally in fintech, iGaming, or adjacent high-load industries.

You'll report directly to top management and shape the company's financial strategy for the years ahead.
